Orders and the pro-forma invoice
Placing an order on this site is not a final purchase. After you submit it, our team contacts you to confirm the details and issues a pro-forma invoice. The order becomes binding once you approve the invoice and pay according to its terms.
Prices and tax
Prices are in toman and depend on the product, the options you choose and the quantity; volume discounts apply to each product separately. Shipping and, where applicable, value-added tax are stated on the pro-forma invoice. The final price is the one on the approved invoice.
Payment
Payment follows the terms printed on the pro-forma invoice, and production or dispatch begins once payment is confirmed. This site never collects or stores bank-card details.
Production and delivery
The approximate production time is shown on each product page and the confirmed delivery time on the invoice. If something outside our control (transport, holidays, raw-material shortages) delays delivery, we tell you before the due date.
Printed and made-to-order products
Products made with your own design, logo or colours cannot be cancelled or returned once the design is approved and production has started, unless there is a manufacturing defect. A screen can show colours slightly differently from the final print; you can ask for a physical sample to be sure.
Transit damage and returns
Check the parcel when it arrives and, if it is damaged or defective, contact us at once with photos. The time limit and the way of replacing the goods or refunding the amount are set after inspection and in line with the invoice.
Ownership of designs
You confirm that the logo and artwork you supply for printing belong to you or that you may use them. Responsibility for infringing anyone else's rights lies with the person supplying the artwork. Your artwork is used only to fulfil that order.
Your account
You sign in with your mobile number and an SMS code. Never share the code; activity under your number is the responsibility of its holder. From “Your account” you can sign out of every device.
Liability and governing law
Photos and descriptions on the site introduce the products and may differ slightly from the final item. These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran; disputes are first settled by talking and, if needed, through the competent authorities.
