After you place an order, our team calls to confirm the details and sends a pro-forma invoice including shipping. Payment follows the terms on the invoice, and production or dispatch begins once payment is confirmed.

Shipping cost and timing depend on destination, quantity and customization, and are stated on your pro-forma invoice. Estimated production times for bulk orders are shown on each product page. Return conditions are confirmed with your order.
