What we collect
In an order: your name, phone number, address and (optionally) e-mail. In the contact, wholesale and sample forms: the same details and your message. In your account: your mobile number and name. Only that, and only to do what you asked.
The SMS code
To sign in, a 6-digit code is texted to your number. The code is stored only in hashed form, expires after 5 minutes and the number of attempts is limited. The text is sent through an SMS service provider, which receives your number for that purpose.
If you give an e-mail address we use it only to confirm your order, send the invoice, tell you about status changes and answer your message; not for bulk marketing.
Your browser and cookies
Your bag and saved items stay in your browser and are not sent to the server. Only after you sign in is a session cookie kept to recognise you. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
The design studio
Images you upload in the design studio are processed only in your browser and are never sent to our server.
Sharing
Your information is never sold or handed over for advertising. It is shared only with the services needed to carry out your order (SMS, e-mail, transport), and only as far as that requires.
Keeping and deleting
Order details are kept for accounting and support. If you want your account or details deleted or corrected, ask through the “Contact” page.
Security
Your connection to the site is encrypted, and staff access to information is limited by role and logged.
