Question 1

Is there a minimum order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We sell in volume: the minimum order is 500 pieces per product, and tiered volume discounts are calculated automatically in your bag. For fewer pieces you can request a sample; for large runs or custom printing, use the wholesale form.

Question 2

Is custom printing available?

Accepted Answer

The customization flow helps you explore designs. Print method, final colors, price and production feasibility need approval before ordering.

Question 3

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

After you place an order, our team calls to confirm the details and sends a pro-forma invoice including shipping. Payment follows the terms on the invoice, and production or dispatch begins once payment is confirmed.

Question 4

What are the shipping costs and lead times?

Accepted Answer

Shipping cost and timing depend on destination, quantity and customization, and are stated on your pro-forma invoice. Estimated production times for bulk orders are shown on each product page. Return conditions are confirmed with your order.

Question 5

How can I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Open “Your account”, choose order tracking, and enter your order number with the phone number you used at checkout.
